Hi, This is a complain about a poor customer service from supplier V9 Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Headset Sport Ear-Hook Earphone Handsfree Universal. please check this purchase. this item I didn't receive the estimated time. so I had to buy it in local market. I informed to supplier I didn't received the item. Then supplier asked to resend it. but I Sayed refund the money. but now he had resend it without my permission. please be kind enough to involve this and refund my money back. Thank you.

The way to fix this is not to post on the discussion boards but by using the Money Back Guarantee which eBay puts at your disposition: find the item in question in your purchase history and click the item not received option to ask for a refund.

You had 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case.

Please go back and read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers so you will know what to do if/when this happens again.
