I see the feedback from the (now unregistered) buyer.
You should be able to win this.
When a claim is opened, ebay automatically puts your funds on hold even if you're in the right.
Just respond to the claim, including stating that it's 5 months after the sale and delivery of the item.

If you don't agree with the buyer, you can challenge the payment dispute and provide some supporting evidence to help resolve the issue. Here’s how:
This is for a NAD (not as described) claim:

That is a charge back; done by the bank that issued the credit card.
Ebay has NO say in their decision.
Nothing can be done and banks do NOT have an 'appeal' system. Once decided, it's decided.
You MIGHT be able to appeal with ebay for the fees- contact them through facebook is best.

If they did a dispute through their funding source, Ebay doesn't have much say in how it turns out.
Be glad you got something returned, most of the time, seller gets nothing back and has to refund.

Of course the buyer should be bearing the cost of the shipping you paid... A chargeback is the ultimate in a successful scam, and a lot of buyers are using it, either knowingly or as an ignorant and innocent matter of opportunity.
As mentioned, contact eBay on Facebook, where you can get in touch with a real eBay employee. I don't have the link handy here and I have to leave, but others should chime in with it. DO NOT use any "phone number" to attempt to contact eBay Customer Service -- they're worthless and will lie or tell you anything just to get you off the phone.
You may also want to enter the buyer's name into your Blocked Buyer List, if you want nothing more to do with that particular buyer. Your BBL can be your friend and one of the last options sellers have in protection.
If you did not receive the exact item in the return, report the buyer to eBay, so they can keep track of this buyer's activity and may eventually ban him or her from the site for pulling stunts like this.
Cheers, Duffy

Like I said before, at least you received something.
Usually when a buyer does a charge back, seller doesn't get anything returned.
