In your "Pricing" section at "Create listing" page, you will find "Quantity" box, put your item quantity there.

But before that, make sure you enable the out-of-stock option, Here's how to enable the out-of-stock option:

1- Go to Selling preferences.

2- Scroll down to Multi-quantity listings and select the toggle beside Listings stay active when you're out of stock.

More information about out-of-stock option, go to the following link:

Re: ?

Instead of a  quantity of  one, you put in the quantity of the number of items you have.

Hi!

You could also use a variation listing.  If the items are different ones.
