Learn what to do when a buyer doesn't pay. Had you done that correctly, you wouldn't have negative feedback.

Can't you just file a non paying bidder alert and when the time comes escalate and close it out in your favor? Any feedback left by the buyer should disappear, no?

The unpaid item claim has to be filed within 32 days after the transaction. The OP got a neg for an item that sold in July, but the neg has now disappeared from his feedback history. Apparently he called Customer Support and got some sympathy.
