unable to see views

We are still having problems with seeing how many times an item has been viewed. Sometimes the count is there other times it is gone. We can refresh over and over and it will not show views. Also were you leave a comment this button also has a glitch. We have been selling for going on 4 years now and I can count on one hand how many times we have been able to upload pictures in the messages. We have tried different servers. We wish those things would be fixed. Since I could not send you a comment we had to add it to the ebay forum. Hopefully you can work out those bugs.

Just looked again, and views are back on.  I hope for good.

The view counter suddenly appeared to be working again - after nearly one month - yesterday. However it does not seem to be calibrated on the seller's Overview page with the actual number of views that are stated on the item's actual listing page.  To correct it on the Overview page, one must click on each individual listing page and then go back to the Overview page and refresh.  I don't have time or patience for that so I've resigned myself to see -0- views for every listing on the Overview page regardless of whether they have watchers and/or bids!
