Your message is very unclear & makes no sense.  What is the problem and how can we help you? Have you signed on for managed payments?  You are located in the Ukraine.  There still may be a restriction for Ukrainian sellers due to the conflict in your country.

The link you provided does not appear.  I think you have not set up your account properly.  You need to sign up for managed payments to be paid.  Your eBay account info must match your bank account perfectly & exactly.   Until you have covered all the required, you cannot sell on eBay.  Sorry.

If you wish to sell on this platform or any other platform you will have to give your personal and banking information.  Everyone selling here does.  How do you think you will get paid otherwise?

If you cannot provide the info that Payoneer requires to have an account, you cannot sell on eBay.  Continuing to do so without the proper account set up will get you suspended.

Here in the US verifying identity is required on any ecommerce platform where payments are processed.

If you are unwilling to follow eBay policies and confirm your identity and use the payment processor they choose, then you will not be able to sell here. You can't sell here regardless of that because of your location.

I suggest looking into a local buy/sell/trade venue where you can deal in cash.

In the future, if the block is removed from Ukraine, you can always come back here but you will still be required to provide your personal info to sell. There is no getting around that.
