tracking shows delivered but buyer opens item not received case

i have a buyer that opened item not received case says they didn't get it even when usps tracking shows it was delivered to there house .   used    ebay printed  label   . tracking shows delivered . what really **bleep** me off is the fact tracking is showing delivered   but the case is still open .   will ebay side with the buyer ?

Call Ebay they will side with you and close the case. If an item shows delivered your job is done.

Just be aware the buyer may open a case with there credit card company or PayPal.  

If you want to take it a step further you can contact USPS and open a lost package case.
