tracking number

I mailed some items today,,,went to the page to mark "SHIPPED".  Why is there nowhere to add the tracking number now?  I think it is important for both seller and buyer.  I hate typing that long number, but please put back the space for the seller to confirm shipping.  thanks,,,

hi to all who replied,,,,I sold something again this morning and checked out the eBay postage option.  I see where I wasn't looking closely and now I see where it is cheaper to get the label pre-paid thru eBayy.!  Guess I will starting using that.  thank you,,,
