tracking number not automatically uploading

I've purchased and printed shipping labels through the eBay mobile app but the tracking number no longer automatically uploads. I have to manually mark the item as shipped and enter the tracking number. Otherwise the item shows as not shipped with the option to purchase another label. The problem started a few days ago.
