stealing money using service metrics

Ok, eBay listed and sold a part that was already sold on eBay over 2 years ago,

It has been out of our system for 2 YEARS,,  and our system IS NOT ABLE to relist it, unless it is in our parts inventory """  WHICH IT HAS NOT FOR OVER 2 YEARS!!!!!!!!

So had to cancel due to EBAY'S FAILURES AND I GET THE PUNISHMENT !!!!  Loose my fees and get a mark on my metric's..

Looks like to me trying to patch a sinking ship at the cost of its sellers,

There is no punishment for one Out Of Stock cancellation.

Sounds like a ghost listing,  we had a huge amount of these last year canceling somewhere around 40 that made it to sold, and can't even recall the number we caught before they made it to a sale on a daily and weekly basis.

Spoke with customer service and they removed them all.

We had one back in October. Buyer let me cancel per his request and no issues. Sorry that happened to you.

Contact reps at facebook- ebay for business. Leave/Send a 'message' (don't "post")- they will get back to you to get into your account (you'll have to click a link they provide, then sign in- it IS legit); can take hours to a day to get back to you for even this link, so check often.
