Hello,Please contact e-bay for the specifics,I do believe they allow you only so many listings per month as a new seller,Then your limit will be increased for you

It has been so long that i opened my account  i cannot remember the exact specifics for this

I do know you are able to sell right away,Just a certain amount until you receive your increase

You must be 18 yrs old to be a member of eBay..

You can't start selling until  eBay sends you email telling you the date your account is activated to sell.

I would wait another 8 years.  Then business should start to pick up.
