start selling

Hello friends,

I have not sold on eBay for 5 months.

Now I want to continue my sales.

What should I do before I start selling?

Please give me some advice on that.

You must list items before you sell items, that's all I have.

You should list items people will want to buy.  That does not include coconut items or plastic junk from China.  Sri Lanka has some beautiful crafts, fabrics, art.  Selling pictures of nature is not going to be profitable, there are many others on ebay to compete with, better prices and faster shipping.  Note because you haven't sold anything in over 5 months, you will be treated like a new seller and will have a selling limit. In this case, sell something that can make you some money, not lose you money.  Good luck.

Read all you can about selling, even if you think you know everything.

Realize that, in eBay's eyes, you are a new seller and will be subject to those new seller limits.

To me it looks like you have a Good Handle on what you are doing. Just go slow and post items that will draw you more money. Most of your items you sold in the past doesn't look like you made any money. Looks like you lost a little bit. Thats a Great way to build positive FB. 

   Try different items like maybe some old cheap coins. or a local candy or maybe some kind of toy or a pet item. Cats love all kinds of toys. You got this far

But your registered country says Sri Lanka. 

You shouldn't invite someone to contact you if they want to buy something. That smacks of selling outside of eBay.

3) Know that there is a life after Ebay

4) Say your prayers

OK and one serious response. Make sure you have a system in place to organize your items and supplies ready at hand to ship anything that sells. Ebay hates slow shipping and even worse if you loose an item. Start slow and build when you feel you can handle it.
