someone sent an offer on an item that I'm selling for the same selling price but they are asking for current photos of the item to be sent to them and in their about section of their profile they have their email displayed, their profile shows they are located in a different country but the ship to address Is in USA. (all their feedback is in a different language) The most recent feedback being 6 months ago and the rest are beyond a year.
To me the offer was sending some red flags in my head and before I go about sending any pics or accepting the offer I just want to make sure.

If they want you to send pics to their email address, it is a scam. They will get your email address, then send you a fake "paid" invoice for the item.
Send pics thru eBay if they want them.

Thanks, I was thinking it was scammy, its probably a tactic they use especially since if someone sends an offer the seller can't message them directly, and if they can it is not easy and has to be done manually

This person doesn't need your email address. You can send photos thru your eBay account via messages. Most likely this is a scam attempt. Ignore and block them from further taking up your time. Happy you posted here and asked. So many do not.
Happy Selling

Just respond that all photos are current.

100% scam, as shown by their "offer" matching your listing price, their request for photos to be emailed, and their use of an image to show their address in a way that eBay may not detect. Just block and report.

You can attach pics to any eBay Message.
"Thank you for your request. I have attached the pictures to this Message. If you are not happy with your purchase I can cancel it for you immediately with no difficulty for you."
Then add the pics to your listing as well. Why waste them?

Not necessarily a problem.
They are using a freight forwarder and most of the Money Back Guarantee ends when the forwarder accepts your package.

Forwarders normally deal with import fees for their clients, which stops the"customs delay" fraud.
And if there is a Not As Described claim, the seller only needs to send the Return Shipping Label to the forwarder's address, not overseas. It is up to the buyer to get the product back to the forwarder and to pay them to use the RSL you provided within the eBay deadline or the Claim fails.

I listed an item yesterday (a Jumangji DVD) and someone asked for photo's of a paper insert. I simply added photo's thru the edit function of the listing. Just do that and then message them that added photo's are there.

Someone just did the same thing to me. ASking me to email his dad the picture, because he is helping him buy it. I told him no, it's not my responsibility and that he can share the listing with his dad.

Question i listed an item 2 days ago and got an offer of $55 dollors higher now they sent a picture of a message asking for a video to be sent to a phone number what should I do

Don’t do it. I would also add them to your blocked buyer list. Any communication should be through the eBay message system ONLY.

@bl300x4 : Just report the scammer as per the instructions in the preceding replies. You do not have a real buyer here, just a scammer who is trying to get an off-eBay contact path for you in order to send you fake payment notifications and shipping instructions.
They are hoping to lure you via that nonsensical offer that's higher than what they could buy it from you for already. Other red flags indicating a scam include sending you a picture of a message (so that eBay cannot read it) instead of simply typing in the message normally, and asking you to contact an external number, which would in turn reveal yours. Any valid request for a video can be addressed by simply uploading your video (60 seconds or less) to your listing.
