With only 27 items, you are paying more for listings than you would using just the 250 FREE listings that you have available without a store. Try to cancel it. I hope you only went for the monthly subscription.
Have you registered for Managed Payments?
Without a checking account with a bank in your own country, eBay cannot transfer your customer payments to you.
Since you are a new seller those payments will be Held against your good performance for up to 30 days,so you do have time.
