 This is an old thread but I've just had this problem come up.  There are 11 books I sold to one buyer that have suddently disappeared from my sold list. They come up when I search for them individually but not in my list.  Until today, they came up in my notifications because they still haven't been paid for.  I contacted the buyer yesterday to ask if he had changed his mind and canceled them but he had not. Did you find an answer for yours?

I'm having a problem with the sold list as well.  There are three items that are dated to have sold today but were actually sold two weeks.  However, in 'manage orders' in SH the date of sale is correct.  Anyone having this issue?
