sold items not showing up on my yahoo account email

I have been selling for years and now no notice that I sold an item. Help me fix this please

Have you gone into your Account Settings/Personal Info/Addresses and checked all of the fields?

I use Gmail and a couple times a year I start missing emails too or they just flat don't drop into my Outlook program on my Desk top at all.  I end of going directly to my Gmail account and try to resolve the problem as it is always the Gmail's issue

The same may be true for your Yahoo account.  It is worth going to check it and maybe even see if others are having issues.
