Hi, long time eBayer encountered the first time buyer is trying to scam me.
I sold an electronic ticket to a concert and immediately transferred to the buyer's email. Few days after the concert, he claims that he never received it.
There is no tracking information because I transferred it to their Ticketmaster account directly. The listing clearly stated that I will do a direct transfer after auction is complete.
I have screenshots of the transfer, and receipt , and confirmation of transfer email from Ticketmaster to the address he gave me in DMs.
How can I upload this evidence to the case that the buyer opened against me?

You don't.
The only evidence they want is a tracking number that shows the item was delivered.
