sneaker authenticity program does not provide any details in case of issues

I sold a pair of gucci sneakers, as you see on photos - they are distressed, it is the design, sneakers looks aged and dirty. But ebay authenticators rejected them with only a short statement: sneakers are used.

Looks like authenticators were just lasy to get more info about sneakers and didn't realise that it supposed to look like that.

I called ebay, asking for more details, what exactly was wrong with item. they have no additional info, they cant get in contact with authenticator to get that info, they cant help me, they just dont care. And I can't appeal their decision. 

I already had several issues with that authenticity program, they never provide any details, never trying to help you.

So does anyone have some advise, what I can do? does it make sense to go court? since i cant appeal their decision through ebay platform...

I looked at your listing and you listed them as "Brand New". Authentication also confirms listing as described. Relist as used next time and problem solved. Easy peasey.

I would get an old toothbrush and  some warm water with detergent and clean those soles a bit before I relisted them.
