No way to definitively answer your question there are simply too many variables. The answer could be yes, it could be no depending on: what you are shipping, how proficient you are at packing, how much help you have, whether you have anything else to do during the day...........

Yes you can. I have done by myself 80 in one day. The trick to all that is having a great shipping program, not eBays, and the proper boxes and packing materials to make the process go smoothly. Our normal business ships 30-50 a day.

Would not attempt to disagree some could, some couldn't just no one canned answer to OP's original question. On average it takes me about 10 minutes to pack and process a shipment so I could probably do 50 in a single day provided everything went smoothly it would take me about 8.5 hours do do 50 packages doing nothing else and no breaks in between.

The short easy answer is Yes, it's possible. It's a long day. There are also a lot of issues guaranteed to come with that amount. From printing labels and shipping address problems to USPS not scanning and all of the deliveries being on time to satisfy ebay's robots and the customers. Then the "not as described" returns and damaged items. The work doesn't end after you packed your 50 packages and dropped them off at USPS, UPS, FedEx. Those packages are like children, you have to make sure they all get home safely and on time. And the right child to the right address of course.

You would need extra time to list no distractions, have all your packaging ready to go. Be able to get to a post office who won't get upset with you dropping off so many packages a day. Be still answering customer questions. Deal with returns, missing items, packing errors. If your talking different size items it would be a hard game. If your selling all smalls you might be able to do it. If there is a public holiday you fall behind. If you get interruptions you'll fall behind. In the end you may even burn out. Only you know if your capable to do 50+ a day everyone's operation is different. You maybe better off with a helper if your volume is so high. Can you be sure your going to get that many sales every day?

With your sales history I can't tell if this is a real question or if you just want eyes on your listings.
Most of the items you sell require bubble wrap and careful packing. Your history shows 23K items sold. How long does it take you to pack and ship each day?
Looks like your average is about 8-10 sold items per day. Take your current daily shipping time and multiply by 5 or 6.
How do you plan to increase your sales volume x6?

You need to be organized, with a very good inventory system, shipping flow and easy items to pack. I've done 40 in a day when I was selling a lot of media (easy to pack). I've got good concentration, though - anyone who got in my way while I was packing got trampled.

I've done more - though not on eBay.
Working on our own internet/public auction.
We auction philatelic material, so everything from single stamps to banker;s boxes of heavy albums.
Most of the bulky lots were picked up by the winners, but single items were already mounted on cards 17cm x10cm and we had precut stiffeners.
Tape the card(s) to the stiffener, slide into the envelope, add the invoice/packing slip, slap on the printed label.
Weigh.
Lick stamps for lower value packets. / Add printed shipping label for tracked /high value items.
On to the next.
Takes about 15 minutes each.
And many mail customers purchased multiple lots.
Bigger shipments take more time, but they were in shippable boxes when they were described and shelved for viewing, so that helped too. If you have your items inventoried, then pulling becomes relatively easy.
It's when your stock is higglety-pigglety that you spend time finding the lot, finding the packaging, and working out the actual cost of postage.

Yes, you can pack and ship 50+ packages in a day easily. If you worked for a business as the person doing the shipping you'd be expected to do more than that. It creates a problem as a standard business practice because you'll have difficulty doing other crucial things such as acquiring inventory and listing.

I would LOVE to be plagued with that problem!
Looks like you already got a number of great answers. You appear to be a successful eBay seller and will come up with a solution. Having a streamlined shipping process with available packaging and an efficient item retrieval process (not having to hunt for items after a sale) will be key. Also, consider a backup printer and other essential equipment/material (scale, etc.)
If that was a problem for me, I would consider prepackaging items and/or consider finding parttime help for a few hours a day who can pack efficiently (without mixing up packages).

I think it would depend on what you're shipping.
Sports cards or x-ray machines?

The short answer is yes you can.
However, do you really want to do that every day?

Exactly!
