You would have to hand carry your items to another country to mail them. Would you be able to have the packages returned to you in Colombia?

I wish the sentence was completed.

I sell on dotCOM and ship from Canada.

All you need to do is use Flat Rate Shipping, since you cannot use the Calculated Shipping all of which are US based.

Then, you set your price, based on the Columbian postal* service prices choosing Shipping Details->Domestic Shipping->Flat Cost-> Standard/Expedited Shipping from Outside USA. Enter an amount that will cover your costs including postage, packaging, and insurance.

Then choose -> International Shipping->Flat Cost->Choose Custom Location.

Choose the countries you want to ship to ->Economy/Expedited International Shipping and enter your cost.

You can do this step a few times. I have a different price for shipments to Canada (which is my own country) and Europe/ Australia, but I could also set yet another price for South American countries and yet another for Asia.

Scrolling further you can Exclude countries (or entire continents) which you do not want to ship to.

This is based on the Business/Advanced Sell Your Item form. And there are a lot of dropdown menus.

Take your time.

Shipping is the hardest part of selling online.

*Generally, the international postal service is the cheapest available. If there are specific problems with Columbia 4-72, you may prefer to use a courier.
