shipping on multiples in one transactions

I had an auction with 5 items available.  I am shipping in a large flat rate box which only fits one box of the items.  The customer bought all 5 items but ebay only charged the customer shipping on one item.  Now I will pay all of the money back just to pay to ship the other 4 items.

When using variations listings or multiple...you need to designate "Additional Items" when you setup your shipping costs.....(you can see the input box next to the initial input box)

If you don't enter an amount, I believe it defaults to "0.00" for any additional (multiple) items in the same order......
