setting up sales item

I am setting up a listing and I am asked if I am a business or individual.. I entered in individual and my info and I am routed to an other page. I called seller help and no one available.  Also The state I originally entered keeps changing to another states.  Help

quick listing form - (quick listing tool)

The terminology is a little misleading. You don't have to be a
business to use the advanced listing tool and most people are
better off using it.
