Some times you have to go through some to click no. I have never been blocked however.

The buyer can purchase a square trade item purchase protection warranty.

They need to contact square trade or ebay.  It is not the seller that offers it or gets paid for it.

Every time I have to click on that I die a little inside.  I hate how eBay tries to force that on everyone hoping they screw up and don't notice.

yeh he is saying he clicked "no thanks" 15 times & it just keeps circling back to it. but, you have helped me. now I know it is ebay trying to make a sale for themselves while hampering my sales. just about to burn me up!!! thx!!!

If you are referring to 184400499968 I was able to click "no thanks" to the warranty with no problems.  Your buyer may have a problem with the device they are trying to do the buying on.
