sending invoices

I am having serious issues trying to send invoices-have been trying for days and keep getting the same canned response "something went wrong try again later". Some invoices go thru but others not. Don't know what to do. going in circles trying to find out how to get a live person at ebay....???

That is what I was going to post.  I would log out - re-boot or choose another browser.  If you are using Firefox, try something else.  Edge seems to play nice with e-Bay.

What is the reason that you need to send invoices? Are these all for multi-item purchases?
