send discount offers list.

it would be SUPER if a seller could edit their SEND DISCOUNT LIST.  Some if not most of the item/lots are already prices so low that I have ZERO interest in discounting these item, but I have no way to remove the items from my SEND DISCOUNT LIST . The only way to do so is to send a discount offer. Also most of these watchers have been watching for near or over a year. They are not buyers. They put something on there watch list and then they forget about,and they never edit their list.
