selling

Hi there

I have a simple question.I sell used and new auto parts.

I always clearly state the condition of my item and post 20-24 pictures on my each listing.

When my rating was %90.7 I was selling 3-4 items a day.Because of majority of the buyers do not leave feedback my rating quickly gone down to %90.6.Even though i was still selling average 3 items a day.

I received a message from eBay said that there is an unusual selling activity on my account and because of that eBay is going to put a hold on my pay outs.I was not really worry about that.I was still selling and knew sooner or later eBay will pay me back.I was not doing anything against eBay policy.

After about a week later eBay lifted the hold.I saw my rating went up to %100.

I do not know if that was a good thing happened to my account because my items stopped selling. Now I only sell 1 to 3 items per week(NOT day) I have not changed anything on my listings.i have been still posting items and not over pricing them.I always look at the last sold price of the item similar to my listing condition and post the price of the item with best offer.

Seems that ever since I became %100 rating and eBay raised my selling limit algorithm started working against me blocking sales.

I always thought higher rated sellers sell more items on eBay than the lower rated sellers. In my case i was selling more when I was %90.6.Since my rating became %100  I do not sell much anymore.

I have lots of item to list but I am not sure if it's really worth spending so much more time to list a item anymore. As of today i stopped posting a listing on eBay.

Can you please give me your thoughts about not be able to sell after became a %100 rated seller?

And do you suggest me to ask eBay customer service to put my rating back to %90.6 rating so i can start selling?

Please answer my question

Thank you for your time!

Re: selling

Are the percentages you are mentioning your feedback or from your seller performance ratings which we cannot see? You currently only have 48 active listings and have sold 35 items in the last 90 days. If you were selling 3-4 items a day prior to your current selling activity I cannot see the numbers, at least on this account, that support that level of activity.

Did you have a greater number of listings when you were selling at a 3-4 items per day level?
