Since you are in Sri Lanka selling on eBay is not an option for you as your government does not allow Paypal or money processors for acceptance of funds

You can’t legally sell on eBay, because you can’t legally accept PayPal, and eBay Sellers must accept PayPal.  It’s both against PayPal policy and against Sri Lanka law.
