Good afternoon, 

I am living in Turkey, can I sell items via eBay?

2nd:) I also have one of my companies registered as well a very good friend of mine living in Saudi Arabia, could I sell items via eBay from Saudi Arabia?

Sell your items from Turkey.  You do not has physical possession of the items in SA.  What if a customer has a question about the item? How would you answer them? Items location need to be from where you live and reside.

If you are physically located in Turkey then you need to change your registration to Turkey.

You are allowed to have items delivered from Saudi Arabia but you will need to enter the item's location as Saudi Arabia. You won't be able to use calculated shipping so you'll have to make shipping free and build it into the item cost,or charge a flat rate cost.

Not exactly.  You can reside in one country and sell stuff being shipped from another country.  The selling rule requires that the location on each listing is accurate to where the item is being shipped FROM.

• Clear and accurate information about where the item is located, including the postal code, city and country where the item will ship from, must be included in listings
• Item location information must be consistent across all areas of the listing including title, description and item specifics
• A tracking number uploaded after an item has sold must match the shipping location provided in the listing

If you decide you want to drop ship from Saudi Arabia, you are required to have an agreement with whomever it is you are buying product from to actually ship directly to your customers.

I don't know.  Contact Ebay.  They can tell you.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.
