one buyer bought just 5pcs and he asked for return and he said he should receive 50pcs

@kastore1 The title says 50 pcs so the buyer is going to expect 50 pcs. You shouldn't put a quantity in the title for a variation listing because it's misleading.
You need to pay return shipping and refund the buyer. OR refund without a return, your choice.
