Hi all! I am VERY new to selling on eBay. I have several items listed, all separately. A customer messaged me asking if I had more of a particular item and said he would purchase all of them if I would give him a deal on them all. I told him I would. BUT, I only had like 10 of them listed and an additional 20+ that I haven't listed as of yet, because I am slow, being a beginner. My question is how do I group them all and give the discount? Should I delete all the ones already listed and then list those plus the 20 others in one listing and then get him to purchase that whole lot? or do I leave the ones listed and make 20 more listings of the others? And if I do it that way, is there an option to group them all to same buyer where I can discount the total price? I'm trying to do it the easiest way for both him and me, but want to make sure eBay gets their fees so I don't end up in trouble with them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Slightly nervous since you are "new" and worried you may be getting scammed? Not sure...
Regardless, my preferred method for this type of situation, do a single listing for all items involved.
Typically, I create 1 listing for all the items and it's a custom listing for that buyer. I've done deals for "unlisted" or "not yet listed" items that I bundled and created a single listing for together for someone. Works real nicely and avoids needless marketing.

Oh, your letters? Oh god yes. Create 1 single listing for them all. And I highly doubt someone is scamming you for those... 🤣 sorry, I just assumed it was something prone to scams like electronics or precious metal or something. That makes a lot of sense why someone wants all of them. Make a complete set.
Yes yes yes 1 single listing for entire lot.
