I don't know why even I have good feedback, seller performance above standard, but my selling limit keeps dropping, how they evalue it?

Call ebay and ask them to raise it. I think you can do it online too, but I always called.

You can use the link at the bottom of your screenshot to request higher limits. Those don't seem to be your true selling limits, or you wouldn't be able to have listed and sold all the items you have this past month. It shows you've reached your limit for the month.

It may also depend on which site you're trying to list vs. your home site.

thanks for all members answer, i called already, they cant raise the limit, first time they said it because my seller performance, after ebay change the seller performance, my dashboard change to above level, then i called the ebay hk, they said didnt use the easyship platform which provided by local post office, then i switch to use this post service, but my selling limits keeps dropping down to usd7!!!! it is helpless

i am pretty fed up, even you are decent seller, have good performance, have good customer service, but it doesnt seem to help a lot for your selling limit, it really base on how local ebay treat you, if you call them few more time, they can treat you more unfair, unlike local ebay, ebay US, they can explain further to help you to improve or they truly provide solution

What is the reason they are giving you?  Does it have to do with shipping performance?  I noticed you have a few comments about slow shipping, not that you can do much about that other that set realistic expectations.

they said i don't use epacket only, but i dont think it cant cause that selling limit low to few dollar, if so how can i improve my shipping with this low selling limit? i barely list anything, few shipping slow due to snow storm!

It's not a brand name limit? Prolly about 90% of what you sell is new kate spade which is very much faked and with you only on ebay for 6 months and in china where it's made......

Not everything.... But what I think makes no difference. You don't have a long track record of selling on ebay and are primarily selling easily faked designer bags from a country VERY well known for huge volumes of fakes.

With the new standard my defect rate is 2.48% (10 cancellations due to out of stock out of 404 sales). Even though my next review is projected to be "Above Standard) my limits were reduced to 160 items / $4,000 from 700 / $24,000 and Paypal placed a temporary hold on funds. I have a Premium store and now can't even use the allocation of free listings. This is total **bleep**.
