Try here https://ilowebapp.ebay.com/ilo/portal but I doubt they’ll agree to a limit increase so quickly. You need to show ebay that you know what you’re doing and can conduct yourself as a “model seller” in eBay’s eyes. And that takes time.

I just got a new job. I want to be the CEO. How do i do it?
I just graduated from high school. I want to be a doctor. How do i do it?
I just started driving. I want to be a Formula One race car driver. How do i do it?
You have (2) feedback. You've been selling for less than a month.
The answer is, you EARN it. You put in your time. Sell some things. Build up your feedback score. Provide good service. THEN ask ebay to raise your sales limit.

Maybe you should ask the most successful ebay seller based in Sri Lanka how they achieved such high sales. By now there must be two or three that have sales in the tens each year.

My account has been inactive for awhile and I want to start selling again. I just tried to set a fitbit watch up for auction and got the following message...
This listing would cause you to exceed the amount you can list. You can list up to $10.00 more in total sales this month. Please consider reducing the starting price or request to list more</a>.</div>
So two questions:
1. I don't remember having a selling limit before so why do I have one now?
2. It seems they have set the bar really low. How can I get it increased?

Hi, @woodzeyl2008 the reason you have limits is because eBay now treats sellers who have been away from the platform awhile as new accounts. The only way to raise your limits is to complete some successful sales under the new parameters, which i agree have been set too low.

and there in lies the answer to your question: "My account has been inactive for awhile and I want to start selling again."
It will be a slow journey, but doable. May take many months so just have to hang in there...
Been there, done(doing)that...
Did not list for over 6 months and had to start over with all the limits/restrictions/payment witholds,etc...
Since getting back to selling on eBay, each month I have been able to get my limits increased as I have had sales...I no longer have the holds on my funds payouts, but it is a s-l-o-w process to get back to where I once was....

Ok, that is very helpful. Do you have an idea of how many successful sales I need and how much they raise the limit each time? I was a very successful seller before and only quit for awhile because I ran into some "sharks" that kind of unnerved me.

Yeah it's a very slow annoying process to become "established". Understandably. Limits are very low as last poster said.
