There's no easier way that I know of other than a new listing. I'd just do a 'sell similar', change the photo(s), one-line description... you get the idea. You could shoot him a heads up before you go live, maybe give it an obscure or 'special' title... even shoot the listing number when you submit it. Remember to adjust the s&h cost (less than a plate and bowl)... if a particular shipping cost was part of your deal. Good going!
