Say my account has a $25,000 a month seller limit, the majority of it is for fixed listings with a BIN / Best Offer option... I know if it sells for a lesser amount the remained increases the remaining limit... my question is this: Does the same occur if the item goes unsold? I do not recall if it does or not.
meaning if a $1500 fixed listing goes unsold, does that free up $1500 to relist or sell something else??
thanks in advance, I just don't remember what occurs and couldn't find it on here before asking.

According to the info below an unsold item would not count towards your volume limits. There are different kinds of limits though, the link gives you more information.

How overall account limits work
You have a limit on sold items, gross merchandise volume, and active items for sale. If an item sells, it counts toward the limit, but if a listing ends without any sold items, it no longer counts toward the limit.
