He cannot, because doing so would violate eBay policy by advertising a possible “off eBay” transaction. If it is not listed on eBay, then using eBay to solicit potential buyers would be viewed as a serious breach of said policy. See link below:

You can't through eBay, that would be using the eBay platform to sell outside of eBay which is against the rules.

OH not don't do that unless you are looking for a quick way for Ebay to shut you down.  That is a HUGE breach of the rules.  One in which Ebay would react strongly to.

That buyer was introduced to you on the Ebay site.  The Ebay site is in the business of connecting buyers and sellers.  You want to use the Ebay email system to tell the buyer a list of inventory they can buy on another site!!!  This is so basic.  But for Ebay you would NOT have a way to contact this buyer.  So trying to sell to them off Ebay so that Ebay can't get paid for the services they clearly rendered for you would be a big problem for Ebay.

You’ll have to list all those items on eBay, then send an eBay message to that potential buyer to whatever link to your corresponding listings or eBay store.
