seller-claim of non receipt

o, I have sent a package two months ago with tracking number, The package has been stuck for a long time and when the buyer contacted the post, they told him that I the seller, should file a claim of non receipt. Is this done through ebay? What can I do in this situation? Thank you

Insurance claims are done through the service you used. Not eBay.

You're located in Cyprus according to your profile, so I'm not sure which shipping service you used, but as @ebooksdiva said, they would be the one you would seek the insurance through.  Were you able to purchase the shipping label via eBay, or was that not an option in your country (it isn't in many places)?  That is the only detail that I can think of that might affect how you go about claiming any insurance that was on the package.
