If you want to sell, you have to register, provide a billing method for fees, etc.......
I'm suggest you click on the links......

I wonder how the people who live in Hell, Michigan 48169 handle some people's usage of their town's name? I wonder if it gets *bleeped* when trying to print a mailing label?

First rule of selling on eBay is being able to follow rules and instructions. That screen is the first easiest base you need to pass. go for it!
