Good move.

Given the large number of Chinese copies of pens, the idea of dealing with trans-border disputes over authenticity is  frightening. Its too much risk for any sane seller.

If you don't want to allow sales to the USA, then you can't list your items on eBay USA, www.ebay.com

You will need to cancel your listings on eBay USA, then log on to another eBay site like eBay UK www.ebay.co.uk for example, and make new listings there. Then you can not allow shipping to the USA for your new listings.
