On some of my listings for items that I make, "quantity sold" is displayed just beneath the number available. There is also a "see feedback" link directly next to it that if clicked on will bring up the feedback that has been left specifically for that item, NOT the general feedback page.
This "see feedback" link is only displayed on some of my listings despite the fact that I have received multiple feedback for items where it is not showing. It is incredibly frustrating that I spend time and energy designing a new product, receive positive feedback for it, and it is then not showing. It makes it look like people haven't left feedback, and that they weren't happy with the item thus harming my sales. I know that the feedback is showing on my main feedback page but people want to be able to see it on the listing page, not trawl through all my other feedback for other items.
I have contacted ebay customer service multiple times and nobody had an answer. They said they would pass it on to tech teams or others and someone would get back to me but nobody has messaged me, ever. I have seen that I am not alone with this problem but can't find any answers as to why it's happening. I am so sick of it I'm literally going to have to either move all my new products to a different site or make my own. I design 3d printed parts and there are some really bad quality ones out there so visible feedback is critical.
I have attached a couple of pictures to better illustrate the problem.
Any help would really, really be appreciated 🙂

Thanks for the reply, I was in a rush this morning and didn't even realise I'd posted on the US boards 🙂
It put it up on the UK ones and see if I have any luck.
Thanks again

I just went to look at some of your listings, but eBay says that you have no items for sale and have no items that have sold. Granted, that may be because you're in the U.K. and I did notice that you restrict your sales to the U.K. (according to one listing I did look at that was linked in your feedback), so eBay may not be showing me your items for that reason.
Sadly, here on the U.S. boards, that's likely to be the case for anyone who might wish to try and help you. You might find more help on the U.K. boards.
