How do I create a second invoice for a missed charge? Pt has paid but I need to add shipping. I went to my selling, sold, and pulled up the item but there is nowhere from here to re-invoice.
I have a similar problem. Sold an item with correct shipping but the buyer only paid $0.51 instead of $4 and has already paid. With eBay managed payments I don't see an option to bill for the difference. Do I have to cancel the order and then have them pay again?
