I have a buyer for an item I can not locate. I fear that I double listed the item and it sold. How can I search my sold items back to July 2019?
Thanks, Beverly

paypal
You might also try a search for the item on Terapeak which I think goes back a yr.... The listing is probably gone, but it would show the pic and title that you might recognize.......

What works for me is searching my old e-mails from ebay. FWIW there is a reported glitch of phantom listings from the past being relisted.
If this happened try contacting the buyer and explain the situation and ask if they are ok with canceling. I have had to do this a few times and my buyers were very reasonable. Otherwise you may get an "out of stock" defect and they are serious defects.

They are magic listings... they show back up 6 months or better after the item has sold and are "magically" relisted.
Your eBay invoices go back to Oct 2018 if nothing else (you can't find it in your old emails) you can do a cntrl f (to bring up the find option on your web browser) inside each invoice to see if you can find it that way.

Sometimes you can do a Google search of your exact title and get the cached edition of the ebay page.

Along with the many other good suggestions made here, you can search your PayPal account transactions and constrain the date parameters to the month of July 2019. That work as long as you are certain that this item might have sold in July of last year.
Best of luck.

One of the biggest challenges aspiring
entrepreneurs face is finding profitable, trending
products that will sell, whether it’s a singleproduct or a full product line that occupies a genius funs niche in a market. Coming up with product ideas is admittedly a
little tricky, and the importance of selling a
product people want can leave even the most
motivated people stuck in analysis paralysis. It
often feels like everything you could possibly sell
is already being sold—not to mention the reality
that there will be plenty of competition in the
most popular product categories.
Fortunately, there are still golden opportunities
out there, proof of this being new products
successfully launch all the time. To help you get
started, we’ve put together a shortlist of practical
ways to find products to sell in your online store.
