I am a Top Rated seller. I listed 2 Victoria's Secret nightgowns (separately) last night that had only a few views by this pm. I did several searches and listings did not come up! I finally narrowed it down to my correct use of 's in search title. I removed the ' before the s in my titles and the listings came up when I searched 5 min. later. I checked 45 minutes later and my page views had more than quadrupled! Why should an ' keep an item from search results??  😧

I don't know, but I think I have read somewhere on these boards that eBay does not want any special signs or punctuation in the titles. Glad you were able to remedy the problem, even if it means to mutilate a brand name. Which makes no sense, but...

The apostrophe shouldn't make any difference as it's not a special character, but TBH, search is so wonky sometimes.  What I do is use the exact same format for brand name that eBay uses (if they happen to have the brand I'm selling) - not sure if this helps in your case.

Be sure that you are actually using an apostrophe (ascii 39) and not a back tick (ascii 96) or the dreaded smartquotes (ascii 8216 and 8217). Apple devices in particular have a nasty habit of autocorrecting apostrophes into smartquotes.
