Yes. Many, many threads on this and SO many theories as to "why".
Hang in there! Many of us are rowing boats with just 1 oar right now!!

Give it a bit - I think people will be looking for 'inside' items pretty soon and your ACEO paintings are cool. If you can produce a few more and keep listing them it would help.

Yes, sales down about 50%. I've had to limit buying inventory and tighten the hatches at home. Made soup for dinner, quite tasty. No grocery shopping this week but I have plenty to use up and will waste less, that's a good thing.

Recently as in this week? Recently as in this year?
How do your past month of sales compare with August of 2019? Of 2018?
There was a pandemic surge in online shopping which skews numbers for 2020 and 2021, so while those can be used, remember that those years are outliers.
As to sales dropping dramatically, Amazon in Q1 and Q2 reverted to its normal money losing status after a couple of years of profitability.

Apparently this does not bother their shareholders.
AZ does not pay dividends, so all its shareholders are playing the market, because scratch tickets are declasse.
EBay has remained profitable, although sales are down across the board. EBay does pay dividends.
So look at your numbers.
Look at what is selling and post more of that.
Also, you can list up to 250 item free since you have no store. What's in the back room that you don't have listed?
You can't sell if you don't have it listed.

It happens from time to time. It is all a part of selling on the internet. Sales always has movement up and down, year round. Sometimes the swings are more defined than others, but it is a normal part of selling on the internet.

No different than B&M. Selling is selling and the swings in sales have nothing to do with where one sells. We have multiple locations and sell on the internet. Putting aside the years when Countries were determining how to operate with a deadly worldwide virus, the ups and downs were equal regardless of the medium used for sales. This year has actually been better than 2019 and earlier. Inflation is caused by people buying and a supply chain that cannot keep up with all the needs of buyers.

The stock market is a strange animal at times. The one reason the Amazon share holders, of which I am one, do not worry is because Amazon has become MUCH more than just an ecommerce site. If you compare the stock price growth in the last 5 years that becomes pretty obvious.

Sales on eBay have been sporadic but are down over the past year. However, a lot of the other forums I use are doing fine although a little slower than last year nothing compared to the drop in my eBay sales.

Yes - AWS is at least half their business now.

Yes,
But this time the sales are going down since May and never returned to normal since.
comparing my sales in ebay with my sales in etsy in last 4 months, this is my first time since 2018 my sales at etsy much better than my sales at ebay.

Am i right or i'm tripping??!

You are right. I've said the same. Whatever happened with what they did in May ruined my sales.

My comment was to the OP of this tread, not to your specific issue. I'm sorry you are having problems with your sales. I know my sales was low in June, July and the first part of August. But I normally have slow sales during the summer.
I'm not sure what Ebay would have done in May that caused this problem for you, however I sure hope it gets back to normal for you very soon.
