Not sure what rating you are speaking about but you can look at your seller dashboard to get more info. You should also look at a new rating that goes into effect Oct. 1st called your service metric. It can be found in your seller hub under the performance tab at the top of the page.
Hard to understand what you mean , Transaction defect rate from your sellers dashboard? Are you below standard , if so they do charge an extra 4% Final value fee Really need more information to answer
So you had out of stock defects for all of the items you cancelled I am not sure how long they will let you continue to sell & try to climb back out of below standard.
