I sold an item and buyer says not as described but it was damaged thru fedx.At first I disputed it and after going back and fourth.I just said return it.He did,but didnt wait until he received a return shipping label and shipped it back the next day.Thinking ebay would see that I waitred for it to come back and it should have made to me before the 5 or six day waiting period.Now ebay has sent him a shipping label which I will be charged for and he will get it label the same day i will recieve the item back.Will I be out the 28.00 shipping for return plus orig shipping.This has gotten really costly.
