I am a seller looking for the returns dashboard. I dont even know what that is. I am trying to send a return label to a buyer and am unable to locate the returns dashboard.

When a buyer opens a Return Request and you approve it, ebay will send the return label for you.

When a buyer opens up a return request & its approved by ebay or the seller, then ebay sends the return shipping label to the buyer.

You'll find returns, cancellations etc under the Orders tab in your Seller Hub. Manage Returns
