retrieval of old listings

been offline for a few months and now can't find my items I was selling in my store...several hundred items..I sure dont want to have to start from scratch..how can I retrieve my old listings..and what the heck?? how do we call customer service?? I called 4 numbers...all out of service

How long have you been gone?

Typically, the listings would only remain for 90 days, even if your store is in vacation mode.

The ability to contact CS has been down since start of covid.

Have them call you via the contact us feature at the bottom of any page.  However, if ypu have been gone over 90 days, CS cannot assist unfortunately.

if it's only been a few months, your listings should still be available as unsold. they stay there for 3 mos.

you might be able to retrieve some of your listings from your personal email that is on file with ebay

Ebay customer service is superior on those sites. I use Twitter with great success.

click on the 'help & contact’ button located at the top and bottom of ebay pages to chat or receive a call back.

depending on how busy they are will depend on length of time for your call back.
