reshipping GSP item

Shipped an item thru the GSP and the GSP facility shipped it to a different person. I world like to ship her another map since the GSP screwed up. My question is can I just use the same GSP address that was used for the original purchase?

I don't think so because EBAY forwarding facility will show this item as "already delivered" (even if its to the wrong person).    

EBAY is responsible for getting the item to overseas customer.   Tell customer to open "did not receive item" case and EBAY will give them a full refund.

If customer still wants this product....they need to purchase it again.
