eBay #144905265007. You have not done anything and I've asked. I do not deserve this negative feedback, if you look at our correspondence you will see that. I actually called eBay and ended up getting scammed by a false phone number. I've been through a whole lot to try and get some help. Please help me.

Just so you know, eBay never looks at your correspondence when determining if negative feedback should be removed. They either take it down or they don't. If they don't, you just have to live with it and move on.

Mam, I don't ever give negative feedback to anyone I have no idea what your talking about. If I can help you please let me know must be some type of scam.

You can ask your buyer if they will do feedback revision.If they will you can send one from your feedback page.
Otherwise it doesn’t violate feedback policy so eBay won’t remove it.

You need to use the link above to contact eBay. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find Contact click that then find appropriate reason for contacting, click that ,then select either live chat or a call back.
eBay doesn’t have a number for you to call them directly any number you found on the internet is a scammers number.

Did they open a claim against you? Did you win? If so, they should remove it. Did they in anyway say if you don't refund me or pay me I will neg you? That would be your only recourse to get it removed.

The buyer feedback says that what you sent was plastic, not glass.

You have not done anything and I've asked.

Buyers are not required to do what you ask them to do.

I doubt you will get any satisfaction because eBay does not remove feedback based on what sellers think they deserve.

We can't look at your correspondence, because we are not eBay. No one on this board can help you other than to offer advice. eBay likely will not help you either because the customer is simply stating their opinion, but if you wish, contact eBay directly through the links on this site (warning, you will never find a phone number because they do not currently have a published phone number, so use the options they give you on this website). Be aware that you likely do not have any case for removal for the feedback you've received, however.
