While the other posters are correct, there is another option called Time Away, which will also put a note on your listings that "This seller is away" (essentially, I don't remember the exact text, and it's customizable), if you wish for that to be the case so that customers know it's temporary. Up to you, just mentioning another way to accomplish it without editing your actual listings.
